Altogether Anna's Frittata Recipe
One of my go to recipes when I don't know what to make.
This recipe is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Can be made and eaten right away or saved and reheated or eaten cold.
Vary the recipe by replacing mushrooms with asparagus, or zucchini.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
1-2 Small Onions
1 Small Package Mushrooms
1 Red Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
8 - 9 Eggs
Mozzarella or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
